After a complete renovation this award winning fine dining restaurant, reopens featuring a modern, eclectic and trendy concept, while maintaining its traditional superior quality in cuisine and service. La Cava welcomes you with a cozy bar & foyer, where you can taste a selection of “Picaderas to Share”, like the Mediterranean Hummus with Pine Nuts and Pita Bread or Lobster Empanadillas with Spicy Mango sauce, to accompany your favorite wines or cocktails and a lively conversation. The culinary offerings feature a variety of options, ranging from the Potato Crust Wild Salmon, a deliciously served Tuna Sashimi, or the Pan Seared Duck Breast with a Berry scented risotto and Plum sauce. As for desserts, try the Hazelnut Soufflé, one of the patrons’ favorite, or the Chocolate Terrine, and enjoy a fine infusion or a Yaukono Selecto freshly brewed coffee, the finest in Puerto Rico.
“La Cava”, open every day throughout the week and also features a “Celebration Room” for up to 16 guests, as well as the “Cava Salon”, for up to 60 diners, where you can host private events.
