Terms and Conditions
Offer valid for new meetings held before December 31, 2010. Group must consist of at least 50 paid room nights, with a minimum of 10 room nights per night at peak. Offer not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held meetings, and may not be combined with any other promotion or offer. The details of the incentives selected by the group must be identified and described in the Sales Contract with the hotel. Whether to book a meeting is at the discretion of the hotel and is subject to availability and other factors at time of booking. Blackout dates may apply. This offer is not available for meetings booked online via eEvents. Double HHonors Base points are only for attendees who are HHonors members and who book under the group rate plan. Complimentary staff meals do not include alcoholic beverages. The 2% discount on room revenue will return to the group specified in the contract as a credit to the master account only after the meeting has been held and paid for in accordance with the terms of the Sales Contract. Hilton HHonors membership, earning of Points & Miles® and redemption of points are subject to HHonors terms and conditions. HHonors Event Planner Bonus points are subject to a maximum of 500,000 points, and end user name must be disclosed in the Sales Contract for the end user to receive the points. Additional restrictions may apply.

Group Value Dates are group rooms (10 rooms or more) at a hotel over specific dates that are 10 - 30% off the regular seasonal group rates (and sometimes more!). Complete an online request for proposal for additional information.
